What I do
Green transition agendas are widely discussed but unevenly implemented. As political priorities shift, regulations change, and budgets remain constraints, policymakers and firms in the EU and beyond face growing uncertainty about how to adapt and prioritize.

​Through my work with policymakers, international organizations, and firms, I have seen that greening initiatives, such as SME-focused ESG frameworks, green value-chain programs, and sustainability reporting requirements, often falter not due to a lack of ambition, but because of practical constraints. My work focuses on these challenges, and the institutional conditions needed to make green and just transitions workable.
